2. Unknown parties have impersonated our sales staff and sold to buyers under our name.

We hereby solemnly declare:

1. All images, drawings, specifications, copy and videos on our official Alibaba.com store and other official channels are our original works or lawfully licensed and protected by law. Any unauthorized copying, misappropriation or re-publishing is an infringement, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

2. Laizhou Tuoxing Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. is the lawful manufacturer and owner of the above products (including but not limited to the TFRY series). Only companies holding a sealed official authorization letter from TuoXing are entitled to quote on behalf of TuoXing; other unauthorized Chinese traders have no right to sell or quote on behalf of TuoXing. We kindly ask all customers to stay vigilant and verify carefully.

3. For any product not purchased through our official channels: we cannot confirm it is genuine, assume no quality warranty, and the buyer cannot enjoy our installation, spare parts, training or after-sales support; all quality, safety, delivery and legal risks are borne by the buyer.

4. Anyone requesting private payment, private quotes, or directing you to unofficial links or accounts is not authorized by us - please remain vigilant.

5. We firmly oppose counterfeiting, imitation and unfair competition. Please buy genuine products only through our official Alibaba.com store or other official channels; if you notice any suspicious conduct using our name, please verify with us.
